Last week 37 of our teens spent 3 days at the glorious White Park Bay Youth Hostel. We had an amazing few days away and it was a great opportunity for our new new interns to get acquainted with a lot of the young people they will be working with this year.
Thankfully the weather held out as we saw sandcastle competitions, beach games and numerous cream pie attacks!
The young people formed 3 teams who battled it out each day to see who would become the ruling party and camp and gain the rights to set rules for the rest. As you can imagine it was contested with a lot of energy and finally on Wednesday evening the Green Party won out after an amazing song and dance routine!
By Thursday morning there were a few tired looking teens making their home but an amazing time was had by all and we cant wait for next year!!
