Compassion Support

Support – The Support Programme provides follow-up support to clients who have been assisted through the various Vineyard Compassion Projects. It offers one to one support and signposting for people, empowering and equipping them to move beyond the point of crisis or need, taking the critical steps from dependence to independence. This is accomplished by assessing individual support needs, setting targets, signposting to other local statutory, voluntary and community initiatives, or supporting individuals by working through a more structured support programme.
