The CAP Money Management Course teaches basic budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based money management system that really works over 3 sessions. It is designed to help people gain a better knowledge of what they earn and spend, devise a manageable budget, get their accounts in order, stop using cards and learn to save. CAP Money has been run in a variety of venues (the church building, Starbucks and various Sure Start locations) with over 100 delegates attending.

As we deal with difficult events in our lives sometimes we need some extra help to become unstuck in a cycle of feeling stuck. Counselling with a trained professional counsellor may be what we need to help on the journey to finding freedom. We have connections with excellent counsellors that we can recommend, who are both in and outside of our CCV family. For more information & a list of recommended qualified counsellors, please request our 'Finding help through counselling' information leaflet, available from our office or contact Ali Knight, Community Pastor.
