Hayley: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri- 09.00 to 17.00 (OFF MON)
Lisette: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri- 09.00 to 17.00 (OFF TUES)
Mark P: Mon to Fri- 09.00 to 17.00
Paul: Mon 09.00 to 17.00, Tue- 12.00 to 17.00, Thu- 09.00 to 13.00, Friday 09.00 to 17.00 (OFF WED)
RESPONSIBILITIES THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT
Amanda: Face and Voice of CCV: General Office and Reception Duties, Ordering, Holidays/Sick Pay
Danielle: Our Finance Guru - All things finance. Expenses, budgets, etc
Hayley: Events and Conferences including lunches and extra events such as Easter etc., Smallgroups, Evening Service.
Lisette: Compliance, Safeguarding, Border Agency, 1130am Service
Paul: Room Bookings and Requirements for Internal Events, 930am Services, Calendar on Website
Mark P: Site (If things are broken needing fixed), External Bookings for Conferencing.
Me: I can cover anything else that isn't covered here or I can post you in the right direction.
